American Alligators have arrived at Living Shores Aquarium! Get a close-up look at these large, prehistoric reptiles in our center exhibit. You’ll see a variety of turtles too including Tina a 50 lb common snapper!
Welcome Clay and Kestrel, two baby alligators who each currently measure less than a foot in length! Their only job right now is to grow as big as our adult gators, over 6 feet!
As you enter the Florida Everglades area of the aquarium you will be greeted by our Iguana in her terrestrial exhibit near the beginning of your self-guided tour.
As you enter the aquarium floor stop by to admire common species you'll find along the Maine and New Hampshire shorelines. You'll see lobster, crabs, snails and more!
Interact with and learn all about our "Animal Ambassadors" at the Education Corner! Some critters you'll find here include our white's tree frogs, leopard geckos, and our bearded dragon.
